The special touch of Belgian pearl sugar will leave you wanting to eat these instantly as they come off the waffle iron. Hands down my favorite two desserts are cinnamon rolls and cookies… so why not put them together, right?? These cookies were fun and simple, plus I could hardly snap a few pictures of them before they disappeared from the plate. Cream cheese frosting is probably my favorite because of how creamy the texture is and it has just the right flavor. It really added that extra touch to getting the perfect cinnamon roll in a cookie.
